PLANET Technology, a global leading IP-based networking company, has once again earned government recognition for its continued progress in corporate governance and sustainability. In the 12th (2025) Corporate Governance Evaluation jointly organized by the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) and TPEx, PLANET was ranked among the top 5% of TPEx-listed companies for the ninth time and has remained on the list for six consecutive years. Among all listed companies in Taiwan with a market value between NTD 5 billion and NTD 10 billion, PLANET has also ranked in the top 5% of outstanding companies for four consecutive years, demonstrating its sound governance and strong business resilience.

The TWSE and TPEx held the 2025 Corporate Governance Evaluation in Taiwan. A total of 1,810 listed companies were evaluated, including 1,009 TWSE- and 801 TPEx-listed companies. The evaluation results included 50 TWSE- and 40 TPEx-listed companies that were ranked in the top 5% group. A total of 329 TWSE- and TPEx-listed companies with a market value between NTD 5 billion and NTD 10 billion were evaluated, with 16 companies being part of the top 5%.

Guided by its principles of integrity and sound governance, PLANET actively supports the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Taiwan's Sustainable Development Roadmap, while continuously strengthening its risk management and governance framework to enhance its ability to respond to climate change and evolving global sustainability trends. In sustainability disclosure, PLANET has taken the lead in aligning with international standards. The company was selected by Taiwan’s Financial Supervisory Commission as a IFRS S2 "Climate-related Disclosures" demonstration enterprise and has proactively prepared for the disclosure frameworks of S3 and S4, underscoring the company’s leadership in climate transparency and governance maturity while setting a benchmark for the industry.

Complies with international standards, PLANET has strengthened the quality and credibility of its sustainability disclosures through third-party verifications, including the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) standard, the highest maturity rating for its Climate and Nature Report, ISO 14064-1 greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory, and ISO 27001 certification for Information Security Management System, laying a solid foundation for low-carbon transformation and supply chain management. In addition, the company actively participates in the CDP Climate Change assessment and received the highest rating available for SMEs worldwide. It also joined international initiatives such as TNFD Adopters and It’s Now for Nature, continuing to expand its influence on climate and nature-related issues. Internally, PLANET has embedded sustainability into its corporate culture, strengthening employee engagement and alignment and gradually transforming sustainability into a core competitive advantage.
