In 2026, PLANET won first place in CommonWealth Magazine’s Excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility Award for mid-sized enterprises, marking its 20th consecutive year among Taiwan’s Top 100 and its eighth time ranking first.

Corporate Governance: Aligning with IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards to strengthen resilience
PLANET was ranked in the Top 5% of the Corporate Governance Evaluation for the ninth time and listed for six consecutive years. Selected by Taiwan’s Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) as an IFRS S2 Climate-related Disclosures demonstration enterprise, PLANET is also preparing for S3 and S4 frameworks. In addition, its Climate and Nature Report, which adopts TCFD and TNFD frameworks, has achieved the highest maturity rating from a third-party verifier for two consecutive years. Its sustainability report has passed verification for six straight years, and PLANET has earned ISO 27001:2022 Information Security Management System Certification.
Environmental Sustainability: Passing SBTi validation to lead the net-zero transition
With 2050 Net-Zero as its goal, PLANET passed the SBTi (Science Based Targets initiative) near-term and net-zero target validation in 2026 and is advancing toward value-chain net zero. It supports 11 suppliers in low-carbon transition, received a B rating from CDP, earned the 1.5°C Label Certificate by CommonWealth Magazine for three consecutive years, and ranked first in Taiwan’s communications and networking category for two straight years. PLANET also received the Ministry of Environment’s National Enterprise Environmental Protection Award and the MOEA Energy Saving Leadership Award, while its Clean Air, Clear Mind Action helped reduce about 80,000 metric tons of CO₂e over the past five years.
Corporate Commitment: Empowering employees with AI to create a friendly and inclusive workplace
PLANET advances Empowering Employees with AI through external consultants, an internal AI zone, and the Create E-Academy Platform. PLANET continues to promote a DEI culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, advancing age-inclusive employment based on merit, with new employees aged 50 and above accounting for 28.13%. The company also provides a gender-friendly and barrier-free work environment to realize a zero-discrimination workplace. In employee care, PLANET promotes the “Care+ 360 Workplace” program and has introduced the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), providing long-term care subsidies and family care support that exceed regulatory requirements. PLANET has won the CommonWealth Talent Sustainability Award for three consecutive years, along with additional recognition as a Sustainable Leading Enterprise in Healthy Workforce from the Ministry of Labor and the Family Friendly Workplace Award from CommonWealth Parenting Magazine.
Social Participation: From education to culture, expanding altruistic impact for the common good
PLANET focuses on education and culture. For 23 years, it has supported the Remedial Education and Psychological Counseling Program for vulnerable students with emotional disorders, helping more than 10,000 students. In cultural sustainability, PLANET centers on ESG for Culture and collaborates with cultural organizations to promote campus tours, traditional arts inheritance, and young artist development. It also signed an MOU with the Taiwan Creative Content Agency (TAICCA) and supported Legendary Liyuan to connect cross-sector cultural innovation.
