1. Scope of Service
Planet Technology provides network solutions, including but not limited to:
- Design and implementation of network infrastructure.
- Cybersecurity solutions to protect businesses from digital threats.
- Consulting services for business digital transformation.
- Sales and distribution of networking hardware and software products.
We are the authorized distributor for Planet Technology Corporation’s products in Saudi Arabia.
2. User Agreement
By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Acceptable Use Policy
- Do not use the services for illegal activities or in any way that violates Saudi Arabian law.
- Do not engage in any actions that may damage, disrupt, or impair the functionality of the services.
- Do not use our services to distribute viruses, malware, or any malicious software.

- You will not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software provided by Planet Technology.

All intellectual property rights related to the services, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are owned by Planet Technology, Aitilafalshuola Trading Co., or their respective licensors. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
Planet Technology and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability shall be limited to the amount you have paid for the services during the six months preceding the claim.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Planet Technology, Aitilafalshuola Trading Co., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms of Service, your use of the services, or your violation of any rights of third parties.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease using our services, return all licensed materials, and destroy any copies of such materials in your possession. We reserve the right to enforce this termination provision even if we have not previously enforced it.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms of Service at any time, with or without notice. Changes to these terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to these Terms of Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Arabian Chamber of Commerce. The laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall govern these Terms of Service.
9. Force Majeure
Planet Technology will not be held liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, or other events of force majeure.
